Our Founder

Wayne G. Bemis, D.D.S., was a graduate of the University of Southern California, School of Dentistry and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Endodontics. He practiced Endodontics in Torrance for over 40 years.

Although retired since December 2007, he is still active in the dental community. Dr. Bemis has taught for several years at the University of Southern California, School of Dentistry and is a consultant in Endodontics at the Veteran’s Administration Hospital in Long Beach.

He also guest lectures at University of California at Los Angeles and Loma Linda Medical Center.

Nooshin Noghreian D.D.S., M.S., APC

Dr. Noghreian is an Honors graduate of UCLA School of Dentistry. She gained extensive post-graduate training in hospital dentistry as a resident at Veterans Administration Medical Center, Long Beach. After two years in general practice in the Los Angeles area, Dr. Noghreian earned her Master’s degree in Endodontics from Loma Linda University. She is a past editor for the Los Angeles Chapter of Alpha Omega Dental Fraternity, Diplomate of the American Board of Endodontics since 2006. Dr. Noghreian served as Board President of the Southern California Academy of Endodontics in 2020.

Ramin Noghreian D.D.S., Inc.

Dr. Noghreian received his DDS degree from the UCLA School of Dentistry. He completed his graduate work at the New York University School of Dentistry with special training in complex endodontic procedures. He has been an instructor at UCLA School of Dentistry, Dept. of Endodontics, and a member of Alpha Omega Dental Fraternity. Dr. Noghreian has served as the President of the Southern California Academy of Endodontics. In 2019, he also served as President of the Board of Directors for the Western Los Angeles Dental Society. In Addition, he has been honored with being a member of the prestigious Academy of General Dentistry, and he has been a Diplomate of the American Board of Endodontics since 2003.
